The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) in conjunction with the Stellar Communities Designation Program and Patronicity, announces “CreatINg Stellar Places”, a place-based crowdgranting program for Stellar finalists to implement “Lighter, Quicker, Cheaper” (LQC) projects.
This new program empowers the public - residents, businesses and community organizations - to play a role in achieving small but impactful community improvements.
